Return Policy

We truly appreciate it and hope you love your crystals as much as we do!

 

Please check your email for Confirmation of your purchase as well as any tracking information. If your package was lost in translation by the Carrier, we will replace your order. However, if the package shows as Delivered to the address provided, we will NOT be able to refund or replace it.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, please note we have a 30 calendar day Return Policy from the time you received your order (whether via mail or in person). Upon approval, a refund will be issued for returns (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item/s must:

  1. be unused and in the same condition that it was when delivered 
  2. be in the original packaging
  3. have the receipt/proof of purchase 

Once you meet the requirements above, email us at info@oOoOothatsPRETTY.com to let us know 1) you'd like to return/exchange your item & 2) WHY you'd like to return (we appreciate your input so we can hope to improve where needed). 

The Return Label will be your (the Customer's) responsibility, please let us know when to expect your package. If you do not ship your return package within 7 calendar days of receiving "Ok to Proceed with Return/Exchange" email, the return becomes null & void.

Upon receipt of your returned package there will be an inspection of the item to determine final return eligibility. We will keep you updated on the progress of your return request. If/When approved, we will notify you of the final decision and proceed with issuing of the refund (not including original shipping fees). 

 

DEFECTIVE JEWELRY:

If your jewelry becomes defective within 30 days of receipt, please email us at info@oOoOothatsPRETTY.com with photos/videos of the issue and we will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.

  

CANCELLATIONS:

Please email us at info@oOoOothatsPRETTY.com with your request and we will do our best to accommodate. However, please note that once the order has been fulfilled for shipping, we will no longer be able to honor your cancellation request without a restocking fee of $5.
